I've rarely had a recipe fail, because I trust my own judgment - whether it's my
own original recipe or someone else's that I tweak to my own taste, whether it's from a poster here who thinks it sounds good or from their T&T - really makes no difference to me. I don't really get why you're so adamant about someone sharing what they think sounds good. We're all adults here, and perfectly capable of making our own decisions.
I too, have tested recipes over and over, and tweaked them over and over until I found the one that was perfect for me, whether it's over several years or a few months - the time period is really not important, and does not a perfect recipe make. Plus, what's perfect for you is not necessarily perfect for me, and vice versa.
I will continue to post recipes that sound good, along with my T&T's, and I will encourage everyone else to do the same. Let's just agree to disagree on this whole subject.
