Anyone have experience with Freezing Cannoli Cream?

Gay, I do, and to be honest, it doesn't defrost well, meaning it's watery when defrosted, this has

been my experience. However, if someone else could post something that works I will be as appreciative as you are.

Can you try draining it after you take it out of the freezer?

I always drain my ricotta prior to mixing in the sugar and choc. chips. Maybe draining it again will help.
