As for what a "friends list" is; I was referring to any spam-prevention software that you might have installed on your computer or your e-mail provided might provide as part of their service. It can be called by many different names but basically a "friends list" is a list of e-mail addresses that you mark as legimitate or OK to receive, and aren't marked as spam by the spam prevention software. If you're not using any spam prevention software then you don't need to worry about this and you don't need my address in your address book.
