Amanda, I made this with a pork loin last night and it turned out great.
I marinated it for 30 minutes or so and then cooked it on my "Set it and forget it" rotisserie. It was delicious. I love my siafi rotisserie by the way. I have been using it a lot since the weather is so hot. I bought the one that can be used outside, so it doesn't heat up the house at all. Everything comes out so juicy on it.
