No buns this time....

but they're just fine, thank you. I used the pork as a filling for the Banh Xeo and it was delish.

I also made a dish called Ma Hor (which is named after your mother) that I'll be posting soon.

I want to make this. Can you help me out with the meat cuts? I am a visual person, how do

I cut the loin? Recipe says two different cuts, one for the marinating / oven; another for serving. If you have a loin, horizontal on the cutting board, what do I do?
