Becoming a better baker and need some tips, please

Do you use a baking sheet with the silicon ones? I'm kinda scared of mine...

Seems like you'd have to use a baking sheet under them - what does this do to baking time?

I've got a set of heart shaped ones in all sizes, so far I've only made chocolates and ice cubes in them, but the cupcake ones look like fun (not sure how well they'd come out of the pan or if folks would be ok without wrappers on their cupcakes).

Yeah, you're right! I just noticed that the nonstick is also aluminized steel- it's the "uncoated"

description that separates the non nonstick from the nonstick!

Thanks for all the great tips. I have 2 Chicago Metallic jelly roll pans on their way

and have made note of all your suggestions.
