LOL, are you calling my Ruffles common? Not true! They have ridges, you know.

Lots of steps, but easy once you do it. Make the cake and tres leches sauce the day before.

Then the next day you whip up the cream and assemble. You just have to reheat the sauce about 45 sec. in the microwave before pouring it over the cake.

One of the teens at the party LOVED the sauce by itself (I brought extra to decorate plates) and she was dipping her baklava in it smileys/smile.gif
