Billed as a take no prisoners night of gluttony, my roommate & his brother's menu for tonight.

Christmas eve; I did Italian, as my mom made it quite clear that I can't make pork, as she served it

on Christmas Day. I made lasagne, Garlic Bread, Caesar Salad, Joe's Sausage and Peppers, Fruit Salad and Joe's recipe for Creamy Rice Pudding.

12/28 is now our BIG Christmas celebration. Because it is not the 24th, more family are suddenly joining in on the fun. I make Steve / Maria's / Joes Cippino... Still working through that menu. We have done it a few years now, but never for so many people. BUT, that is not until Sunday, so I have some time.
