They worked great on the grill...I liked them but my meat eating husband did not care for them
Our local market has a nice bakery and they make Bolillo, Telera, and other unusual rolls that we love. Yesterday they had made pretzel hamburger buns and they were delicious with the bean burgers. I added an ortega chile pepper to each burger with tomato and lettuce right out of the garden. I should make some of these up and freeze them for summer lunches for me. Placed on a big beefsteak tomato slice, with peppers....yummy
Oh, I did not have pepper jack but had a great garlic jack, hence the reason I added the Ortega pepper.
