Sooo cute Mimi! And you didn't even need any special cake pans to do it!

I always want every single new bundt pan that comes out, but just don't have the space for it.

But seeing your creativity may give me the excuse to buy a cake decorating book - it's a lot easier to store than all those bundt pans.....

I didn't use white chocolate for the towers because, having done this one before, the white chocolate didn't completely hide the color of the ice cream cone underneath and it turned out very yellowish. I used royal icing instead, and it looked much better, was easier to handle and was a lot cheaper. I did do a version with a million silver dragées once but it cost a fortune. Non-pareils this time!
