calling all caterers :) i've landed my 1st potential catering contract

i know - i thought of this as well. Luckily it's only cheese/cracker trays & shrimp rings..........

if it looks really bad presentation-wise, i'll probably offer to pretty it up. That is, assuming I get the catering job, after all smileys/smile.gif

hard, and.... hard work pays off. I'm not a caterer, but I AM a businesswoman, and please listen to those who've advised re: contracts & deposits. They will save you, at one time or another, hopefully at times that are few & far between, but if this protection saves you once, it will be a worthwhile behavior.
