Good price, it's almost $20 bucks a bag EVERYWHERE.  I used it in biscotti & banana bread.  Not bad.
One of my wife's co-workers was eating gluten-free and always missed out on whatever baked goods I sent in for the others so one day, in the spirit of "inclusion", I made up some gluten free versions.   The biscotti turned out so well, I'd have preferred them to those with regular flour.   The banana bread  was also pretty good but a touch rubbery.   The co-workers, however, had no problem scarffing up everything in sight.
