The cheese pie is called 'tiropita', which translate to 'cheese pie', of course.LOL I have 2 recipes (plus another two for the little cheese triangles called 'tiropitakia' - 'little cheese pies'.

Yanni is not quite a teenager yet - but he's starting junior high this September. He's 11 1/2 now.

Dimitri is 10.

Athina is 8 1/2.

All three are major handfuls.LOL

the just fizzled out...weak economy, etc. But, if anyone's coming over and wants some classes, I'd be happy to oblige. It would not be in a professional kitchen, though. smileys/frown.gif
