Heather, would you happen to have the recipe for the Christmas Lima Stew? I snagged a bag in a

close-out cart in Fresh Market. I also picked up a bag of flageolets, but am assuming they can be used the same as cannellini.

 
No, I wish that I did. I recommend soaking them overnight in lots of water with

3 T salt, drain, then cook with onion & a little tomato. they were in a light sauce like that, might have had a touch of beef broth in there too from how it tasted. They were so delicious!
