the posting does not show up in dark red, like all the others? When I click on "submit post" It is showing dark red, but then when I go back to the web site, it shows up in the regular black printing.

 
It will show up red for everyone else. For you, (or anyone) since you go straight to the

open post once you submit it, you've already read it when you get back to the main page and so it appears grey.

When you're reading any post, red or grey, the title shows up in bright red below to show which post in the thread you have open.

I hope that explains it.
