Charlie, how did you like the CI stuffed portobello mushrooms ? I was just looking at the recipe.

Funny story....back when I was doing PR for a chef, I got a call from two local magazines

Both were doing stories on asparagus during hte same month. Luckily, I connected the dots and it turns out they were BOTH planning to profile the same photo and same recipe from my chef. Exactly the same! EEEKK! While I wanted to media coverage, if those stories ran, neither magazine would be happy. So I called the second art director and let her know the problem. A thousand thank yous later, she ultimately ended up profiling someone else. I'd like to think there's some good Karma involved there. smileys/smile.gif

 
We really enjoyed them! The pre-roasting made them less watery and using large...

shrooms, makes for less tedious stuffing.
