Cheese Steak

For each serving:

1 rib eye

1 slice bacon

Criolla Salsa

Cheddar Cheese slices

1/2 onion,sliced and quartered

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tbls cognac

truffle salt

freshly ground black pepper

Fry steak until browned, flip over, add bacon slice and onions to skillet. Slather top of browned steak with criolla salsa and slices of cheddar. Cover and cook until cheese melts.

Remove steak to plate. Add garlic and cognac to skillet with salt and pepper. Stir until cognac evaporates. Place bacon on top of cheese steak and smother with onions and garlic pan sauce.

Oink or moo according to your preference.
