Christmas show tenderloin

I think it was 2005 that Rachael Ray had a one hour chrisrtmas special featuring a tenderloin, it was beef I think. I made it and it was great. But I recorded over the videotape of the show. My wife wants me to make it again for the holidays. I searched the Rachael Ray 30 minute meal archives and the Christmas special isn't there nor is the recipe. FoodNetwork.com search is also fruitless. My only hope is that one of you wrote it down. Please help. The wife is getting mean.
