4 baking potatoes1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
tsp.. pepper
salt to taste
Melt butter on cookie sheet. Cut potatoes into strips, lengthwise. Put 1 layer on sheet. Sprinkle with rest of stuff. Repeat till potatoes are gone. Bake at 425F. till crunchy.
NOTES : this forms a crunchy rectangle that you separate into portions.
