Dawn, I always enjoy making the rice krispy treats in the shape of "kisses" wrapped in wax paper

then covered with foil...I give them to our neighbors and family. This year, I will tint them red.....

I made a different sort of Valentine's cupcake...

and filled it with wrapped chocolate candies.

It's entered in our local arts council cupcake fest that happens tomorrow.

Is the popularity of cupcakes due to the humongous amount of frosting used? Much more in ....

proportion to a layer or flat cake. Puts one into a sugar coma just looking at them.
