Dark and dreamy chocolate fudge cake I turned into Yule cake

I added some more powdered sugar to stiffen it a bit, so I could pipe, and it was a bit too dark/bitter chocolate flavor for me (then again I can’t eat chocolate anymore), but it was loved by everyone eating it. The cake itself has been my go too for sometime. However, this was the first I’d made the fudge icing as well.

Easiest cake decoration ever. Took maybe a minute. Two at most. The sugared cranberries and rosemary took far longer.
