...twice now, and everyone wants the recipe.
I admit I had my doubts, as the dough was SO HARD coming out of the fridge. I almost busted my cookie scoop. Then I re-read the recipe and it said to leave them in the fridge for an hour, not over night! No worries, though. I let the dough soften a bit on the counter and it worked fine!
I break the Andes mints in half and use a half mint on each cookie. WW really likes these. She used to eat Andes Mints like potato chips, so they're right up her alley!
We'll be making these every year.
