30 Bread croutes (just little circles of bread, cut out from a biscuit/cookie cutter
brushed with butter and baked till golden brown, turning as neccessary)
Deviled ham paste (store-bought)
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 ts Butter
1/4 cup Cream cheese
1 c Grated cheese
1 Egg yolk
2 ts Chives
Spread each croute with ham paste. Saute onions in butter for 2 minutes, allow to cool. Beat the cream
cheese until smooth; add next 3 ingredients and beat until well combined. Spread on top of ham paste.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until golden brown and heated. Serve immediately.
