This product is no longer in any of the basic grocery stores near me in NC nor anywhere I found in Pittsburgh. I finally found two boxes at Whole Foods and paid the obscene price of $10.49/3 lb box...obscene considering the last time I bought it (2020) it cost $4. I find this scarcity odd because recipes with Diamond salt now define how to adjust their recipe if using Morton Kosher, basic table salt of fine sea salt. I assumed the added notariety would make it more popular and thus, more available. But the opposite has happened.
