thanks wigs. this is just what I needed for the shortbread linzer hearts I make. the regular

powdered sugar melts/rubs off in a day or so. I will order some of this sugar just for dusting. I must make some more for Valentines, and for a friend's wedding. she loves these cookies. It's Ina Garten's recipe for Eli Zabar's shortbread that can be rolled out.
