We replaced our dud GE Profile with a Stainless Steel Bosch and really like it.
So quiet. Cleans very well, and the drawer above the top rack is great for knives and kitchen utensils that you don't want banging around in the racks.
We have now replaced every GE Profile appliance from our kitchen remodel 10 years ago: Double wall oven, refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave.
I will NEVER buy another GE appliance as long as I live.
There was even a recall on the oven that they wouldn't even tell me about when I was calling them about the problem I was having that was the subject of the recall. Their customer service is the worst ("no one else has complained about that" and there was a recall for that very problem!).
Done forever with GE appliances.
