Do cooks still watch the Food Network?

about the only thing I watch are new episodes of Ina. My DH likes the Pioneer Woman, I think for

the ranch life shots as much as anything. more of a travelogue maybe. I turn to Create TV more these days.

I enjoy watching P. Dub each week. It's just a fun relaxing half

hour. No brilliant cooking, just a look into a different lifestyle. I also like to watch Ina.

I wish $#*(&_*(@!!Time Warner offered that in their basic package of 77 otherwise worthless channels

I have Time Warner basic cable & it is virtually all Spanish & religious channels &

they have doubled the price in the last couple of years. I need to put an antenna in the attic & watch the rest on Roku & nNetflix.

No, but I do search the foodnetwork site and cook tasty recipes from it. How about you, do you like

to watch, Charlie?

Sandra Lee does some AMAZING things with stuff that, under ordinary conditions would merely kill you

dead. I'll admit to watching Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives though. Not because I like Fieri (the stories about him from my peeps at D'land did NOT paint a pretty picture) but I thoroughly enjoy watching all those REAL folks cook (and not beat on him for being a jerk). That's the real gem of DD&D. Well, that and the car.

No, her recipes don't interest me in the least, nor her lifestyle. She seems like a nice person, tho

I like Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, especially because it helps small businesses. And I like to see

what original twists they come up with for standard dishes. I generally like Fieri, but now you've gotten my curiosity ... what stories? what stories?!
