should be safe.

 
samonella is killed at the minimum internal temp, which is now 135F. so processing temps do it.

I just completed a ServeSafe food training class for food service managers. The only change was that temp, was 140F before.

Fresh salsas would be questionable? I believe they have been removed from the markets. But jarred or canned, fine.
