Does anyone else here make their own ghee? I've discovered the JOYS of ghee!

What a simple technique! Thank you! Do you think a pyrex jug would be heavy enough?

That would make pouring easier, and let you see when you were starting to get near to the dregs.

 
I was afraid using something with high sides would prevent excess moisture from cooking off

When I get close to the bottom solids, I drain the last couple tbl into a small cup and use that for other things.
