For carrots and zucchini, I use the julienne blade for the Cuisinart

You may be able to pick one up on Ebay for 5.00-10.00
If you're going to be doing a large amount of carrots or zucchini for a crowd.

By the way, BB&B coupons NEVER expire...even if they have an expiration date. HOLD ONTO THEM.

I always carry 2 or 3 in my purse and have given them away to other customers. I "think" they print the expiration date on those coupons to encourage customers to shop more often.

Also, they will take back ANYTHING FOREVER if you have the receipt. So for any large ticket item, I tape the receipt right to the box and store the box away.
