Does anyone have the Sara Foster recipe for the spinach and lentil salad

with dried cherries? I left it at home this morning and I need to stop at the grocery on my way home to get the ingredients! I Googled but was not able to find it. If you have it, can you tell me what the ingredients are? All I seem to remember (I think) is the lentils, spinach, dried cherries and maybe goat cheese.

"Chicken was fit accompaniment for the centerpiece of dinner, a Lentil, Spinach and Feta Salad with Sour Cherry Vinaigrette. Bottom line, this dish tasted like spring without requiring much in the way of actual vegetables.

The salad was basically spinach with frenchie lentils (Lentils du Puy for you fancy people), feta and vinaigrette. People, I never really make fancy vinaigrette. I usually shake up some salt, pepper, olive oil and some form of acid, usually vinegar. This dressing included 2-4 times more ingredients than I normally use. There were 2 types of oil, 3 types of acid (2 vinegars and lime juice), a shallot, and dried cherries. There would have been chives too, but I didn’t buy any."
