I've used the ones from Reynolds with great success. You cut vent holes in it. Also,
if you're a crispy skin lover, this is not the best technique. However, it cuts your cooking time & maintenance down significantly. I brine my bird (Chez Panisse brine) and cook in a turkey bag with rave reviews.
