have xitol, a natural sugar sub the helps balance blood sugar leves and a host of other healthy things. I'm making the hungarian chocolate cake I posted awhile back with it this weekend. the cake is flourless, oh happy days!

I just test again and I certainly wouldn't consider it vigorous. it's time for a new tin. anyway..

it almost a moot point. by the time I'm done playing with it and testing, there isn't going to be anything left '-))

 
Ha! Well, it's good you're finally going to replace it. The more vigorously it bubbles,

the better the rise.
By the way, if you make those whole wheat blueberry muffins, let me know how they turn out. I'm thinking of trying them also.
