Okey doke. Thank you. I"ll give this a try. I think I do something similar Indian style with

cumin and coriander, my 2 favourite C's now that my mind is working. Or was it Japanese with sesame oil?

Yes, I used tow eggs and made changes as noted above 2 levels. I have a very good

recipe for caper mayo from scratch. If you want it, it's worth making. Actually, I'll post it below tomorrow as it's on a good potato salad.

I've posted it before but no harm in doing it again.
