Eva, I marinate portobello mushrooms or large cremini

in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, oregano and garlic, and we cook them on the charcoal grill. They are so delicious! Sometimes we add a splash of sriracha sauce - that is also good.

 
Great idea. I'm trying this next time DH fires up the grill - it'll probably be tonight smileys/bigwink.gif
