Ever have a day when, though you LOVE cooking, at 6pm the last thing you want to see is the stove?

I eat my choc in private, and I'm nice---sneaky, but nice.

Can I give you my TJs shopping list? We always go to the one in the university district every time we're in town. Actually, I stocked up pretty well last time, so no big needs right now.

Actually I made it up as a way to avoid my sister's horrible store bought pumpkin pies that she ....

tries to pass off as home made! LOL

Interesting stuff in your link, Meryl. Recently I had a wonderful chocolate bar...dark chocolate with bits of hot chilies in it from South America. It was wonderful! A friend found it in the East West Book store. They don't have any more and I can't find them anywhere!

Duh, I meant with chilies (Don't mind me -only had 3 hours of sleep last night-gotta get to bed soon

Didn't want to look at my stove last evening. I had bought some chicken wings at Costco (on sale)

so, they went into the oven for 20 minutes. I did manage to make a cabbage salad and poured out some baby carrots into a bowl. We used some prepared Ranch Dressing for a dip. Voila! Instant dinner.

The frozen large ravioli from Costco can be layered in a baking dish with a good bottled sauce and

baked for 45 minutes or so, long enough to have a drink and slice up some bread for garlic bread and make a salad. That's my favorite I don't want to cook meal and pretty good. Directions are on the package.

You're welcome - glad I found it! My local health food store carries Dagoba,

so I'm going to see if they have this one, plus check out some others.

Turn to

I turn to my dear husband and tell him that I have no idea and don't care.....He picks up and takes over. He is an excellent and inventative cook. Whatever he decides to make will be fresh, creative, beautiful and yummy.
