Ever have a miserable kitchen weekend? I hope this has been mind cuz I don't want one again.

So now I'm color-blind? I didn't even realize the box HAD a color.

If sworn before a judge and jury, I would have said "...ah...orange?"

You sound like a one-foot wonder. That's a lot to do with that added aggravation.

The meat was fine on tacos last night. And again tonight. And maybe tomorrow. I find that all the junk we can add to tacos makes it all worthwhile. I actually enjoyed it.

Can't believe you used (or even had) all that cheese.

Good idea...if it hadn't been all over the floor of the microwave - such a mess!

Apparently the defrost setting wasn't as low as I'd thought.

Yup, me too. Miserable failed food once in a while

I am famous for cooking things for company that I have never made before. One evening we had six over for dinner and it was the first time that I made Evelyn's Greek baked fish- I bought inexpensive frozen fish and it absolutely dissolved during the baking process. Unreal. Could not save it at all- tasted horrible, couldn't make it into anything else. Had to throw it away. Dinner ended up being salad and bread. My friends will never let me forget it smileys/smile.gif

apparently buying cheese is a compulsion, but I do not want an intervention!!

also, the PT gal said I didn't harm my foot on Sunday, I just flexed it too far and it will be fine and I need to wear the boot at all times. geez DOH.

Buying more cheese today (yay Instacart!) and a chicken to roast this weekend, very excited about that. Hope I don't mess it up. LOL

Now, tacos are a very fine thing, aren't they? Now I wish I ordered stuff for tacos!!
