This is really a terific list of shrimp recipes. If you've never tried the Louisiana BBQ shrimp (I've posted it), cannot recommend it enough. But LOTS of others here.

All very southern (though it is garden and gun), I don’t think we get shrimp with heads on here. At least not in grocery stores. Maybe a specialty fish market.

We can at the beach off the boats. And can get them frozen at Costco. You can do it without the heads. It is really good. I posted the sheet pan method my son does for us at the beach and it is easy and delicious.
