RECIPE: Focaccia in muffin tins

RECIPE:
Oh people!! You are becoming so creative.

I would see myself adding finely chopped rosemary (like a powder) and other bits....Nicoise olives, tomatoes maybe sundried, dry onion. What a treat for breakfast.

Okay, so now I've looked at her other bakes. She does some with the additions and they look so good. I'd love to have these with a dinner. (not sure why she calls it foccacia)

Looks good, but was thrown by calling it focaccia as well. The thing that’s different, besides turning them into muffins, is the crunch. Focaccia isn’t crunchy. Didn’t know if it’s from the sourdough starter vs add yeast. She doesn’t say which was used here.

Thank you. I was wondering the same thing. Maybe just marketing the ease of the recipe but focaccia isn't difficult to lay out either. It makes such a good sandwich and this wouldn't do that
