Such amazing creativity and execution!
What a project and a half--the table settings were stellar, and the food looked 6-star on a 5-star
scale. They sure asked the right person to chair this event!
And you let me know the year when you give identical recipes to multiple cooks and get identical results as that will be a TRUE Christmas miracle. Smile.
Your pictures were wonderful and gave a true idea of all the work and effort involved. I was looking for the dollops of whipped cream portions on the desserts that the men were in charge of, but will have to go back through your photos as I somehow missed that candid shot.
I hope you had time to put your feet up on the day following this superb Tea. It would definitely be worth a trip to Sacramento to observe this gala in person. I'm in awe! You and your sis did an excellent job as well as all the other elves who helped.

I didn't get a shot of the desserts. It gets so crazy that once the tea begins, I don't get many pictures. Hopefully someone else did. The dollop on the desserts was done by my brother-in-law who is a doctor and knows how to portion...plus, he knows how important it is to us. The desserts were perfect!
