Food saver, I got a lemon!

My mom had some of the canisters that went with the food saver

she'd put in romaine lettuce or green onions or parsley and seal it up, that was terrific. Makes me want to steal hers since she doesn't use it anymore, found it in the garage last visit....

 
Order the 'ziplock' type Foodsaver bags for things that you want to open and reseal

They are great for cheese, dried pantry staples, etc.
