Eastcoasters,

WOR Radio is eliminating Mike Colameco's Food Talk, Monday - Friday show. If you like him and wish to send a protest email, please write to Scott Wakefield, Program Director....slakefield@wor710.com. They finally found a great host and they decide to ax him...unbelievable.

I don't mean to be rude but... is this your introduction to our fine family of friends

here at Finer Kitchens? If so, I kindly ask that you reconsider your approach. You sound very commercially oriented...

I welcome you to prove me wrong.

It just isn't Christmas to us last-of-the-baby-boomers without that silly...

...program.

It takes me back to being 6 years old and helping my wonderful Mom trim the tree while the cartoon (claymation? stop-action?) was playing in the background (in black and white).

"Let's be independent... together!" - Hermy the wannabe dentist.

Merry Christmas to you, cheezz!

Michael

The Bishop's Wife, The Man Who Came to Dinner, and (ducking, Marilyn!), Love Actually.

Does anyone remember the puppet anamiation~ "The Heat Meister"

I use to watch that when I was younger and most people, my age, do not recall that Christmas Special, I use to watch it every year, I know it exists, I just wish I can find the video for it

Had to add this gem of a Christmas Special~ The Littlest Angel with John Whittaker

I have this tape too, it has Fred Gwynn as an older angel teaching John Whittaker how to be an angel

I'm the last year of the baby boomers and you're right!!! It isn't Christmas without Rudolph smileys/smile.gif

Answering Michael's post and too don't forget the Little Drummer Boy, Frosty the Snowman, The Heat Meister, The Littlest Angel, and The Grinch who stole Christmas
