I have had good luck with the recipes from this site. IMO it is easier to navigate than recipezaar,

here is a great spinach, bacon, shroom, crepe recipe from there--I think in the future I will make

without bacon and use shiitakes.
I served it for Easter brunch this year., be an excellent lunch too! Got great reviews, oh, and I used hollandaise instead of the lemon sauce called for.
