For those that do and all those that dont..please give comments>>

I guess it doesn't sound too pretty. It's a fish broth, in my experience, used mostly for

special occasions such as weddings. The fish is boiled whole then completely strained from the broth to which potatoes, green banana, and Scotch bonnets are added.

s'good.

Thank you ALL for the inout..Fish Tea?? sounds urgh but infact v'good...'goat-water', 'oil-down.....

'jug-jug' and many more are all very odd names. These are popular dishes from the English islands mainly. I plan to use some of them in the classes as I need to have quite a few different 'menus' on hand incase of repeats. (I sure hope I get repeats.)
I had a chat to some activity desks and everyone says 'go for it'.
Sooooooooooo, wish me luck.
The first and worst thing to do before I actually say we can start is to 'de-clutter' the kitchen.
Having been away my DH 'cooked' for himself leaving all the condiments and 'stuff' about on the counters and I have just not been good about clearing this up...LOL..It isn't bad really but infact I too have been a bit lazy and left things out.

Is it spring yet, I need a sort of spring cleaning.......
