GayR posted this recipe last year and I’m wondering if it would work with a turkey breast? I’ve got a friend staying after Xmas and this seems like a fancy way to jazz up a kinda/sorta boring piece of meat.
My only concern would be lack of fat drippings, since it’s missing the whole rest of the bird.
Or…there’s always pizza.
