Refreshing considering I am about to kick the you know what out of some of the kids in my class
I can't believe some of the kids today and why they even bother to get a culinary degree if they try to pass off something as a clafouti and don't know what it is and that what they are making doesn't have ANY resemblance whatsoever to a clafouti! Four more classes, four more classes. I keep telling myself I can make it. I just pray that none of them are in Garde Manger next semester - my last class - YAHOO!!!!!!
