FRC: Unbelievable Chicken Marinade - FK really likes this one, a true T & T>>>

I needed a marinade idea/recipe, so of course this is my primary resource.

22 of 33 post search results for "chicken marinade" refer to the Unbelievable Chicken Marinade in our Tried and True Hall of Fame. I've used it before, so how could I go wrong? smileys/bigsmile.gif

What tweaks have you used with it? I'm going to try it with honey in place of brown sugar next time.

I use white vinegar and have added some pineapple juice. mmmmm

I've also added some soy sauce to it.

Interesting variations. It always cracks me up when folks say>>>

"I didn't have limes or lemons, so I subbed bottled juice, and used peanut oil in place of the olive oil. I thought this recipe was just so-so."
