Fun for kids and grown-ups, too - REC Mom's Chocolate Waffle Cookies

Mom’s Waffle Cookies

6 T cocoa

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup milk

2 beaten eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

Sift the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ingredients, then stir together with the dry until incorporated.

Place 1 tsp dough on waffle iron on medium heat.

Cool and frost or dust with powdered sugar.

Makes 12 cookies

DS and I like these frosted, DH likes them topped with ice cream.
