:eek:) I am just sitting here wondering what to do with some ground pork that i have to use up soon.

I saw a few interesting ones posted by CathyZ, and I don't want to venture into Epi at this late hour (I'd be there looking for hours the way their searches go).

Any quick ideas? I have about 3/4 lb of ground bulk pork sausage. Thanks.

 
Sausage corn chowder

1# sausage, browned and drained
1 large onion, diced
1 28 oz. can tomatoes
1 can of water
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
3 TBS basil
pepper
2-3 new potatoes, cubed optional
1 small can evaporated milk

Mix together everything but the milk. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add milk. Don't let it boil.
