Gazpacho recipes? I try Pepa's, but she's vague on the proportions. I leave out the barbiturates.

No recipe, but I had a Golden Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho...

with chives, yellow bell peppers and garnished with pumpkin seed oil at dinner last weekend and it was transcendental.

Janet, Bub and I are having a glass of your gazpacho and we both love it.

I will be keeping a pitcher of this in my refrigerator all summer long too. What a great easy snack to have on hand, and so healthy. Thanks for a great recipe. Bub said all it needs is a little lime and vodka and it would be perfect. smileys/smile.gif
